Real-Time Scheduling with AutoOps

AutoOps provides online scheduling solutions and integrates with most major shop management systems. RepairPal offers a free integration with AutoOps that will confirm your availability before scheduling any appointments and will automatically put appointments on your shop calendar to save you time.

You will no longer need to manually accept each appointment, or re-enter the appointment details into your shop management system.

Please note: Availability of this scheduling feature is dependent on your shop management system.

We will be rolling this out in waves, so stay tuned for notifications via email and in your dashboard that it's ready!


AutoOps Connection Instructions:

Setting up the live scheduling integration with AutoOps can be completed in your RepairPal dashboard. Below are the instructions:

Step 1: Log in to your Shop Dashboard

Step 2: To begin your AutoOps setup, click "Get Started" in the banner.

Step 3: Select your shop management system from the dropdown of available options. At this point, instructions will populate to help guide you through the setup process for your specific SMS.

Below is a list of compatible shop management systems:

Web Based Setups:

On-Premise Setups: These require installation files to enable AutoOps connectivity. 

Please note: Support for Mitchell1 Enterprise and Napa Tracs Online are currently not supported at this time. 

Step 4: Click continue to fill out the required information needed to activate AutoOps. These will vary based on your shop management system.

Step 5: Fill out the following fields on Settings > General Information and click continue.

    1. Scheduled Breaks
    2. Holiday Closures
    3. Other Closures

Step 6: Fill out the following fields on Settings > Appointment Preferences and click Save when finished.

    1. Appointment Hours
    2. Appointment Lead Time
    3. Appointment Limit
    4. Max # of Appts per time slot

Step 7: You’re all set - we’ll notify you when AutoOps is active!

Please Note: It can take up to 2 business days for your AutoOps integration to go live. Please contact us directly if your connection has not been enabled within that timeframe.

How it Works Once Activated:

Once live, all appointments booked on RepairPal.com and through our partners will flow into your shop management system, as if it was booked by you directly. It's important to have your team keeping an eye out for incoming appointments!
