AutoOps Consumer Experience

Once your connection with AutoOps is live, all appointments booked on RepairPal.Com and through our partners will flow into your shop management system's calendar, as if it was booked by you directly.

It's important to have your team keeping an eye out for incoming appointments!

Here's the booking flow will look for consumers:


1: Once on RepairPal.com, they will enter our directory and see a list of shops near them.

2: After choosing a Certified shop, they will select their vehicle, and the issues they are having with it.

3: They will then select a date and time based on your actual appointment availability in your shop management system. (This is where AutoOps comes in)

4: They will enter their contact information. We'll send them a confirmation email once the appointment is booked!

5: A summary screen will pop-up with all of the appointment information to review.

6: Once they click "Book Appointment" they will be redirected to the confirmed appointment page.

The appointment will then flow into your shop management system's calendar, so you will no longer need to accept manually it, or re-enter the appointment details into your shop management system.
