Appointments
We offer two types of appointment scheduling options. Please choose the type that you would like to learn more about:
Traditional Appointment Scheduling: These are managed in your RepairPal dashboard and availability is shown based on the hours you set in your dashboard settings.
Real-Time Scheduling with AutoOps: These automatically sync to your shop management system and are based on your actual availability. (Currently only available for certain shop management systems)
Please Note: Availability of the real-time scheduling feature with AutoOps is dependent on your shop management system. We are currently rolling this out, so expect a notification from us soon if eligible!
