The Dashboard Homepage

Our Dashboard home page is designed to help you communicate with your customers and mange your appointments. The Dashboard is made up of the following sections.

  • The header navigation
  • The Appointment Requests queue
  • The Upcoming Appointments calendar

Appointment Requests

The appointment requests queue is the place to see all new appointments. Whenever a customer requests a new appointment or reschedules a current appointment, that appointment will appear in this queue. In this queue you are able to either accept, reschedule, or decline an appointment. Once you action an appointment, the appointment will no longer be displayed in the queue. Any appointment that has not been actioned and is past the appointment date/time will also be removed from the queue. To see all past and future appointments, you can do this in the Appointments page.

There are 3 main actions that can be performed on new appointment requests in this queue, outlined below:

Upcoming Appointments

The upcoming appointments calendar is designed to give you a quick view of upcoming RepairPal appointments for the next two weeks. This calendar will show new appointments, accepted appointments, and canceled/declined appointments. To see past and future weeks, you can click on the arrows at the top of the calendar to change the weeks displayed.

Each appointment in the calendar can be clicked on to see additional information as well as the ability to accept or reschedule an appointment. At this time declining an appointment can only be performed in the appointment requests queue.

Where is the Estimator?

We are working on updating the current dashboard estimator. In the mean time, you can use the Estimator found on our main website, at repairpal.com/estimator
