GEICO provides a variety of competitively priced insurance products to consumers, including auto insurance, with a very popular roadside assistance program. GEICO handles all their own roadside assistance dispatch requests, and now, they will be making referrals to RepairPal Certified shops to help their policyholders get the help they need.
Referrals
When GEICO agents get a call, they'll use a dispatch tool provided by RepairPal to locate the closest RepairPal certified shop, and they'll send you a dispatch request. In most cases, you will be able to see this in your dashboard before the dispatch arrives. Agents will use this script: "GEICO has partnered with RepairPal to certify shops for high quality and fair prices. <your shop name> is one of these shops near your location. Would you like to be towed there today?”
In order to participate you MUST offer early bird/ after hours drop off and you must complete your off hours drop off settings in the appointment handling section of your shop dashboard.
GEICO is part of the Consumer Focused Network. If you're already participating with USAA and Consumer Reports, you're eligible to receive tows from GEICO. Contact Customer Success to ensure you're opted in.
