Locating a CarMax ESP Provider

If you have a CarMax customer with a MaxCare Plan, you can find their provider information, such as the provider's name and phone number, in the Warranties tab of your Dashboard. This will help you process the claim quickly, especially if your your customer does not have their MaxCare paperwork available.

To find a MaxCare policy:

In your Shop Dashboard click on the Warranties tab.

Type in the VIN and click -➛to search . You will find information on your customer's policy that will be essential in helping the claim process go smoothly!
