CVP Cloud-Based SMS Integrations
Below is a list of the cloud-based SMS we're compatible with and how to set them up
Protractor.NET
- Navigate to "Setup" > "CRM" > "External Service". Click on Add.
- Protractor will automatically generate a Connection ID and API Key .
- Under Name, enter RepairPal (this is for your own record).
- For start date, we recommend going back at least a year if this is your first time connecting with RepairPal.
- It is very important to leave the End Date blank, as that will end the integration and we will have to contact you to resolve.
- Copy and paste the Connection ID, API Key, and Start Date into an email to shopsuccess@repairpal.com, making sure to note which piece of information is which. We'll take care of the rest!
ShopWare
All we need is your
Tenant ID
. If you're unsure about what your Tenant ID is, ShopWare support can help you.
ShopBoss
- We just need your ShopBoss ShopID.
- We will then create a ticket and email support@fullthrotletechnologies.frontdesk.com
- Subject: New Shop Boss Connection
- Body: ShopBoss ShopID#, RPID #, Shop Name, Shop Address, Phone Number and then the contact.
TekMetric
- Navigate to "Shop Settings" and click on the "Integrations" tab.
- Scroll down until you find the RepairPal logo.
- Click on "Manage" and "Grant Access".
- Collect your TekMetric ID, a 3-4 digit number, which can be found in the URL bar.
- (as an example: https://shop.tekmetric/admin/shop/622, 622 is the ID number).
- Email us the TekMetric ID Number (shopsuccess@repairpal.com), and we'll take care of the rest!
Omnique
All you need to do is let us know you use this system and we'll contact Ominique for you.
If you prefer to reach out yourself, you need to ask Omnique for your
ID and API Key.
TABS-AutoFluent Online
You can reach out to your TABS representative and ask for the following:
- TABS ID
- MySQL host name
- username
- password
- port number
Then pass this information along to us by email
