About Endurance

Endurance is one of the largest direct-to-consumer vehicle service contract (VSC) providers in America and one of RepairPal's longest-running partners (since 2019). They are a current Elite Partner.

Endurance actively refers customers to RepairPal Certified shops through their website, sales agents, customer service teams, and marketing activities.

Endurance Dealer Services (EDS)

Endurance Dealer Services (EDS) is an additional line of referrals flowing to your shop. If you're already enrolled in the Endurance program, you're automatically opted in for EDS referrals.

Note: EDS referrals will show up differently in your dashboard. Keep an eye out for the EDS logo to distinguish them from standard Endurance referrals.

Filing Claims

You can file Endurance claims by phone or online:

What You'll Need to File a Claim

• Claim type: select "Mechanical" or "Maintenance"
• Customer's last name on the policy
• Last 8 digits of VIN or Contract Number
• Current odometer reading

First Time Using the Portal?

Click "Repair Shop" to create your account. Policyholders can't submit claims on their own, so it always needs to come from your shop.

Already Have a Login?

Use the "Welcome! Please log in to continue" option and you're all set.
