Integrity Warranty

Integrity Warranty provides used car buyers nationwide with peace of mind through comprehensive and transferable dealer-backed vehicle service contracts. Their vehicle service contracts are available through licensed independent and franchise dealerships. They work with shops across the U.S. to help covered customers get quality, timely repairs.

Important Notes:

  • Contracts are primarily sold through independent dealers, but some franchise dealers (ie Ford) may also offer them.
  • All existing contracts have labor rate caps. New contracts being sold now are being modified to pay shop posted labor rates. This means there may be labor overages that the shop can charge to the customer, but not parts overages.
  • Integrity may ship parts for claims to leverage their relationships. To participate, shops must agree to accept parts from the administrator.
  • All contracts include roadside assistance through Auto Knight: (833) 957-6532 or (844) 204-3610
  • Rental car coverage is via reimbursement. They pay for one day of rental car per 8 hours of authorized labor.
