  • All information about fixing a Slate will be available online for no cost (only high voltage info will be restricted to authorized service centers like you). Slate will be rolling out Slate University so that you and your technicians can become proficient in Slate repair through training modules. Slate U will include repair manuals, videos, and other resources. They will have an expert hotline available for questions if you get stuck. In extreme circumstances, they can send out an expert to help.
