Verizon Hum
About Verizon Hum
Hum by Verizon is a mobile app. It works by installing a device (known as a dongle) into a car's OBD II diagnostic port and syncs with the app on the subscriber's phone to give the customer information on the car's health and trouble codes.

Referrals
Drivers are referred to nearby RepairPal shops via the Hum app. Most of their customers will call you or make an appointment with you through the app.
Program Requirements
We ask that you participate with our
Customer Verification Program. We can easily install a link between us and your SMS in order to verify which Verizon Hum subscribers have been referred to you each month.
Your Shop Success Manager will set you up with an appointment to install this, or you can use
our instructions to install it yourself.
