Referrals

Who is eligible:

  • Your auto repair shop must be claimed on Yelp and part of the RepairPal shop network
  • At this time, this feature is only available for a limited audience in certain US states (AL, AZ, FL, GA, LA, MS, NM, NV, TX). Yelp and RepairPal plan to make this feature available to more auto repair shops on Yelp in the future.

How this works:

  • RepairPal’s appointment scheduling tool will now be the primary call-to-action on your Yelp Business Page and your business listing in organic search on Yelp.
  • When a Yelp user finds you on Yelp, they can schedule an appointment right then and there - no more time spent on the phone or back-and-forth messaging to win the business. 
  • You will get notified of these appointments from RepairPal, see them on your RepairPal Dashboard, and get charged for completed repairs as you normally would from RepairPal.

Other important information 

  • If you had Yelp’s Request a Quote feature enabled, this new scheduling tool will replace that call-to-action button on your Business Page and business listing in organic search on Yelp.
  • These referrals will go right into your RepairPal Dashboard. However, keep checking your Yelp Business Account Inbox, since you may still get Yelp leads when someone wants to connect using another request feature on Yelp.
  • This feature is currently available on iOS and Android only. WWW availability will be added at a later date.
  • If you participate in the partner program, you will be automatically enrolled to have RepairPal scheduling linked to your Yelp listing. If you would like to opt out, please [click here].

Appointments

Traditional Scheduling: Appointments will be tagged with "Yelp" as the source, and the Yelp logo will show in the dashboard. (Example shown below)

Real-time Scheduling: Appointments will appear in your shop management system.
