We are also committed to delivering you the great service you deserve and have become accustomed to. We are also really excited that expanded product and engineering talent will better enable us to invest in our shop tools. Plus, we plan to work with Yelp, over 74 million people visit Yelp each month*, to get even more referrals and customers into your shop. Your team, including us, are going to continue working with you, and our other shops, to ensure your success during and after the acquisition. The reason that Yelp was interested in acquiring RepairPal is because we’ve built such awesome relationships with shops and because you’re doing such a terrific job serving our consumers and partners.

Will I continue to get partner referrals?
Our partners, like CarMax and USAA, are very excited about this opportunity and transition. They’re committed to continuing to grow their referral programs and send you more referrals.
Will my pricing with RepairPal change?
No, your pricing is not changing. We always ensure shops have 30 days notice of any changes to their terms & conditions, including but not limited to, any changes in price.
Will my pricing with Yelp change?
Right now, this doesn’t affect your Yelp account or the money you’re spending to promote yourself on the Yelp platform. This doesn’t change the teams of folks you work with at either Yelp or RepairPal. We’d encourage you to continue to think about RepairPal.com and Yelp as separate platforms and ways of growing your business for now, and we’ll certainly update you if anything changes.
What about reviews?
Nothing is changing related to the way RepairPal does verified reviews (and conversely, nothing will change about how Yelp does reviews either). Right now, Yelp and RepairPal will operate as separate platforms.
