Manually Verifying Referrals

  1. Log Into Your Dashboard
    1. Once you log in, you will want to navigate to the 'Referrals' tab and then select, 'Verify Referrals' from the left side menu.

  1. Click on Your First Referral
    1. Once you click on the Referral line item, it will bring up the 'Details' screen. You must confirm whether this referral arrived and was invoiced, the referral did not show up, or it came in as a duplicate*.

Often, a customer will contact you multiple times through RepairPal. (ex: they'll make both a phone call and an appointment) Please indicate invoice information on the first referral in your list and mark the second as a duplicate.


  1. Verify & Complete
    1. Some Customer Information will autofill based on information provided in the referral process. The Repair Order Information will need to be filled out. Once done, hit the 'Verify' button and click 'Next' to fill out the next referral.

  1. Things to Note
    1. If you select "No" or "Mark as Duplicate", there will be no additional information you will have to fill out.
    2. If you did select "Yes", make sure you click the Verify button so that the inputted information is saved.
    3. There are a couple slight differences for Tows & Appointment Referrals and for Call Referrals.
        • For tows & appointments, only VIN is editable
        • For calls, first name, last name, vehicle (year, make, model), and VIN are editable
