Auto Accept Appointments
When a customer requests an appointment, it is up to you to confirm that the date and time works so that your customer is notified. With our auto confirm feature, appointments will be automatically confirmed on your behalf without the need to click ‘Accept’ for each one. With this new functionality, we’ve made it even easier for you to confirm appointments, so you don’t lose out on customers ready to come in.

Opt-In to Auto Accepting Appointments
You can opt-in to our Auto Accepting feature by reaching out to one of our Customer Success Managers (@shopsuccess@repairpal.com).
Auto Confirmation FAQ's
- Auto confirmation automatically accepts any new customer appointment requests—you will no longer have an appointment queue
- Appointments will automatically appear on your Upcoming Appointments calendar and Appointments page
- Customers will immediately be sent an appointment confirmation, improving the chances of them showing up for an appointment
- If a consumer reschedules an appointment, the new time and date will automatically be confirmed on your behalf
- If you need to reschedule, an appointment you will need to reach out to the customer to coordinate a new date and time
