Setting Up Appointment Lead Times
Your lead time controls how close to the current date a customer can book an appointment. For example, if today is Monday and you set a lead time of 2 days, a customer won't be able to request an appointment earlier than Wednesday. The lead time gives you time to manage your appointments and prevent people from booking too soon. A long lead time gives you more time to manage appointment flow but could cause customers to look for shops with earlier availability, and a short lead time would require you to have a consistent customer intake process to avoid customer service issues.
To set up your lead time, follow these easy steps in your Shop Dashboard.
