Setting Up Appointment Hours

Often times, your business hours are not the same hours that you want to accept new customers. Maybe you only want to accept appointments in the morning hours, or even only when you first open. Or you'd prefer not to take appointments on certain days, such as Saturday. RepairPal makes this easy by separating your business hours with your appointment hours. You have that flexibility.

To set up appointment hours, follow these easy steps in your Shop Dashboard.

Click on the Settings button.

Select General Information to select your open days and holiday closures.

Select Appointment Preferences to select what times you want to offer appointments. By default these will match your business hours. For the end hour, appointments will show 30 min before. So a 5:00PM appointment cutoff will show 4:30PM as the last appointment time on our website.

That's all there is to it. Now, when a customer views your shop in our website, we will show appointments only for the hours you have set up. Your business hours will still be listed on our site as before.
